Lake Almanor RV and Mobile Home Park is a unique community situated one half mile from Lake Almanor, California and one and a half miles from the largest free boat ramp and picnic area on the lake. We are located directly behind the Post Office in the small mountain town of Canyon Dam, CA. We are a small and simple park with only twelve total spaces. Half of the spaces have permanent homes while the other half are available for seasonal use. As we are a dual use park, we offer massive spaces that can handle the largest 5th Wheels, Recreational Vehicles (Rv’s) and Motor Coaches. All of our available spaces are 40’ by 90’ thus enabling us to accommodate and size unit. Each space can further accommodate your vehicles and boat. We are by far the most affordable facility at the lake that can handle anything that comes our way. As we only have a limited amount of spaces available for part time use, those who sign up for our seasonal package will get a guaranteed space. Additionally, those who sign up for our seasonal package will get to choose a space of their own should you choose to do so. Each space has its own PG&E meter so you won’t be at the mercy of what the park owner says you owe. Each space has its own monthly PG&E bill which will be presented to you as it arrives. Aside from electric, each space has water, septic and a picnic table. As we are always accepting permanent homes, if interested in learning more about his, feel free to call or email anytime. The park itself is located on the Southern tip of Lake Almanor in the tiny mountain town of Canyon Dam. The town has a Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboard rental business, general store, post office, two gift shops and a snack shack where you can get a hot dog, barbecued hamburger, icy drinks, and coffee drinks. |
